Our staff team follows strict guidelines to ensure fair and professional administration:
- Zero tolerance for abuse of power - Immediate removal for staff abuse
- Transparency in decisions - All admin actions are logged and reviewed
- Professional conduct - Staff must remain professional at all times
- Active participation - Minimum 15 hours per week of active duty
- Confidentiality - Staff discussions and player reports are confidential
All staff actions are logged and subject to review by server management.
